The minimum age for riders is 25 Years. He/She must be in possession of a valid international driver's licence with appropriate category (A) and a passport.
When taking over the bike a deposit for the vehicle and if applicable the equipment has to be paid (in cash or by credit card voucher) in addition to the excess. See also our

Riding an Enduro on forest tracks, in gravel-pits or specially prepared tracks is something completely different then riding on Namibias gravel roads. Even experienced riders need to adjust themselves first before the real fun begins.
We thus recommend urgently to participate first on one of our guided tours before hitting the road on your own.

24/7 back-up service
In the unlikely event that your bike has a breakdown we will bring you a spare bike or the neccessary spare part within 24 hours (within Namibia). This also applies for self inflicted defects, although we will charge you the costs involved in this case.
Health
We urgently recommend that you take out a travel health/accident insurance in your country!
