Tours Consent and Liability release
With the booking and the take over of the vehicle from Enduro Offroad Tours cc. t/a Enduro Namibia I declare as follows:
I am completely aware of the risks and dangers associated with riding a motor bike. I have decided to participate on a by Enduro Offroad Tours cc. t/a Enduro Namibia conducted tour and accept that all associated risks regarding damages and injuries are for my own account. I am also aware that neither Enduro Namibia nor any of its staff members can be held liable for actions and / or behaviour of other participants.
I herewith agree that neither Enduro Offroad Tours cc. nor any of its staff members can be held liable for theft of or damage to the vehicle, equipment and personal belongings, as well as injury of persons including myself.
I declare to adhere to the traffic regulations of Namibia and / or other countries I might travel to with the rented vehicle. All monetary fines or damages caused by my violation of these regulations, maladjusted or negligent riding will be paid out of my own pocket.
I am physically fit and healthy enough to ride a motor bike under southern African conditions, of which I have previously informed myself. I am in possession of a valid international motor bike licence (class A) and have adequate riding experience to ride a motor bike on Namibian and other southern African roads / paths / tracks.
I am solely responsible to have the adequate protective clothing available and to wear it.
